Herbal Tea Recipe
(227 g) water1 tablespoon (15 ml) of any of the following herbs (1 teaspoon [5 ml] dried): Lovage, Peppermint, Thyme, Sagebrush, or Cleaversto Make1) bring the water to boil.2) Put the herbs into a glass jar and pour the boiling water over the herbs and cover it.3) Steep flowers briefly for 5 minutes.4) Steep leafy material for 20 minutes. 5) Strain out herbs and reserve the liquid.
To Use1) drinks 3 cups a day for best results.
This makes 1 cup.
